Wednesday, June 9th, 2010I had never been to the Art Gallery of Hamilton (AGH) before, so I didn’t know what to expect. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jocelyn McKeown (my tour guide and friend) and Steve Denyes, communications manager. We kept the small talk short and went straight to business. Within 30 seconds of introductions, I was quickly escorted to a room full of African art and sculptures. I later learned that the art was part of a larger exhibit called a The Dance of Life: The Tanenbaum African Exhibition. While mesmerized by my surroundings, I was introduced to Larissa Ciupka, director of marketing. We did a quick vlog and then off I went to begin my personal tour with Jocelyn.
